Privacy and terms

For customers who print using a shop's QR code.

What happens to your file

• Your file is sent to our server, and then to the shop's computer to be printed.
• It is deleted from the server and from the shop's computer as soon as printing ends, fails, or you cancel.
• If you do not finish, it is deleted automatically: after 30 minutes if you do not confirm, 60 minutes if you do not pay, and 24 hours if the shop's printer was offline.
• If you choose pages to print, the other pages are removed and are never sent to the printer.
• Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are converted to PDF on our server. Nobody opens your file by hand.

What we keep

• A small record of each print: number of pages, copies, colour or black and white, price, payment method and time. It does not contain your file or its name after printing. These records are removed after 7 days.
• Your mobile number only if you typed it. It is optional and is shown only to the shop, to help find your print. It is removed with the record.
• Payment transaction IDs you type, for the same reason.

Payments

You pay the shop directly, in cash or to the shop's own eSewa, Khalti, FonePay or bank QR. We never receive your money and never see your wallet or bank details. The shop confirms your payment before printing starts.

Please note

• Do not upload files you are not allowed to copy.
• Converted Word or Excel files can look slightly different from the original. For an exact layout, upload a PDF.
• If a print fails after you paid, ask the shop for a refund or a reprint.
